With years of experience, we have researched and documented costs, including comparisons and alternatives, so you can plan ahead. Then you will be in the best possible position to make treatment decisions.

Insurance

Ontario Patients
Some of the costs listed in the TCART fee schedule may be covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) for Ontario residents only. This should be confirmed by your referring physician.

Canadian Non-Ontario Patients
Some of the costs listed in the TCART fee schedule may be covered by your provincial Health Insurance Plan. You should communicate with your provincial government Health Plan or your referring physician for specific information regarding coverage.

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Interac.

Payment of Fees

In order to assist in paying for your treatment cycle, we are giving out this information explaining how and when payment is made to TCART. If you have any questions regarding payment, please speak directly to our Accounting Department (Carolyn Wilson). She will be happy to assist you in this area.

Cycle fees must be paid on or before day three ultrasound/blood monitoring.

Cycle fee may change without notice.

Payment is expected in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or certified cheque.

If you require assistance in paying your bill, please speak with Carolyn prior to your cycle, and she will help you make arrangements for payments.
