Marvelon 21 is to used for women under the age of 40 and a nonsmoker.

Micronor 0.35 is to used for women over the age of 40 and a nonsmoker.
These medications are given in order to rest the ovaries prior to (21-42 days) stimulation and enable a uniform size in follicle development.
