In order to assist
you in paying for your treatment cycle, we are giving out this information
explaining how and when payment is made to TCART. If you have any questions
regarding payment, please speak directly to our accounting department
(Carolyn Wilson). She will be happy to assist you in this area.
Cycle fees must
be paid on or before day three ultrasound / blood monitoring.
Cycle fee may
change without notice.
- Payment is expected
in the form of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or certified cheque.
- If you require
assistance in paying your bill, please speak with Carolyn prior to your
cycle, as she will help you make arrangements for payment.
- For additional
service that has not been paid for at the start of your cycle, we ask
that you please leave an imprint of your credit card with the accounting
department. This may include cases where a couple are having embryo
freezing done.
